Message from Jeffrey K. Brown, CEO, Focus FS: Focus FS receives investment from Dräger Safety

As President and CEO of Focus FS, I would personally like to share some exciting news with you.
Since founding Focus FS in 2012, we have been working closely with our clients, partners and industry experts to build advanced software systems that help industrial worksites operate safer and smarter.
As we continue our journey delivering industry-leading digital worksites and achieving our vision of zero-harm for our customers, we have agreed to an investment from Dräger, a global leader in the field of industrial safety technology headquartered in Lübeck, Germany.
Through this investment and global partnership, we will accelerate our growth plans, forge into new markets, and use the knowledge gained to enhance and deliver innovative products to you.
Our highly skilled, high-performing team leads the way in software design and development. We will grow our team and expand our office space to further enhance product development capabilities.
There are other initiatives in the works – including software connectivity with safety equipment that will ultimately improve worker, plant and asset, and incident safety. We look forward to sharing more with you soon.
As I continue to meet with mine operators and contractors, oil and gas leaders, and construction managers around the globe, a common question arises: ‘How will emerging technologies influence the safety and operating culture at our worksite?’ I believe the Focus FS – Dräger partnership will deliver solutions that will save lives. Solutions that will allow worksites to operate more efficiently under a reduced risk profile.
We are passionate and driven to move ahead. We believe in achieving zero-harm on industrial worksites through the use of technology. We look forward to having you join us on our journey.
