Question: Tell us a little about yourself, your role, and the path to your current area.
Answer: I have been working with Focus FS since 2015. My role is to assist with day-to-day operations from accounting administration to human resources, providing accurate financial information to be used in strategic decision-making processes.
I have an extensive background in business with several years of experience in both the public and private sectors, adhering to accounting principles, best practises, standards, laws and regulations.
What do you like most about what you do?
I enjoy working with data and keeping accurate financial records to provide vital information on key performance indicators that helps promote growth and success across the entire Focus FS team.
Favourite part of working with Focus FS?
My favourite part of working with Focus FS is the people who make an exceptional team environment that is always warm and welcoming. Everyone works well together, supports one another and values each other’s skill set. It’s great to be a part of the team!
What are your hobbies?
I enjoy spending time with my family (I particularly love our weekly family game night!), reading, hiking, playing with our Labrador Retriever (Lily) and watching a good movie.
What is on your bucket list?
- A family trip to Disney World.
- Attend a Bruce Springsteen concert.
