Partnership Announcement

In June, we announced our partnership with Draeger Canada and Ontario Mine Rescue that will bring Focus FS Emergency Response to 30 mines across Ontario. Here’s a recap of this important announcement:

Anniversary Celebrations

This year marked our 10th anniversary! For the past decade, we’ve been partnering with businesses and organizations around the world to make industrial worksites safer and smarter.

• We enjoyed celebrating as a team at The Wilds Resort in Holyrood, NL. Activities included a cooking class where we made scallops and gnocchi for dinner.
• We got together for a festive fall social. This included making candy apples and sampling some apple-based beverages.

Here and There

We travelled across North America this year to discuss safety solutions for the mining industry and other industries. A couple of highlights:

• Focus FS President & CEO Jeff Brown travelled to Washington, D.C., in May to meet and talk with U.S. policy makers.
• Focus FS Customer Success Manager Glenys Strang attended the 2022 International Mines Rescue Competition in West Virginia.

Blog Articles

Here’s a rundown of this year’s enlightening blog articles, which explored and examined how technology is improving mining/worksite safety and productivity.
